Return Policy

At Lux Custom Studio, each item is thoughtfully created and personalized specifically for every order. Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

We encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details, uploaded photos, colors, names, dates, and shipping information before submitting an order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Please note that slight variations in color, placement, texture, and appearance may occur due to:

  • screen settings,
  • printing methods,
  • material surfaces,
  • and handcrafted production processes.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Lux Custom Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout, or circumstances outside of our control once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy

Because all Lux Custom Studio products are personalized and made to order, refunds are not available once production has begun.

If an order must be canceled, cancellation requests must be submitted before personalization, printing, engraving, UV printing, or production work has started. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund when appropriate.


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • customer spelling or personalization errors submitted during ordering,
  • incorrect shipping information provided at checkout,
  • delays caused by shipping carriers,
  • slight color variations between screens and finished products,
  • or normal variations caused by handcrafted and custom production methods.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for financial institutions to complete processing times after the refund has been issued.
