What does "Made to Order" mean?

Your order is something special, never something that is 'just on the store shelf'.  We create each item only after you place your order to ensure you receive the best quality product.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

We sure do!  Please complete the form on our Contact page

It's Custom

Can I see the personalized item before I place my order?

Yes!  Before you place the order, head over to Contact page and send us a message of what you're looking for.  Most of the time, we can provide you with a custom mockup with your personalizations within hours!

Can I make a change to my custom order?

You can message us via our Contact page.  If your order has not been completed, changes can be made. 

Do you charge for creating something custom?

We are happy to design an idea for you for free.  There is a 2 proof max, per product type.

Materials

Where are your materials sourced from?

Our preferred materials are all made-in or grown-in the United States.  However, not all materials can be obtained this way.  Only when we cannot locate a vendor in the continental US, we expand outside to outside our borders. 

Are your materials environmentally friendly?

Our goal is to provide you with a high quality product.  The only way to do that is use premium materials.  All of our products made from naturally grown materials, come from an environmentally friendly farms. 

Our products are never tested on animals.
